Shipping address & Billing address
Billing address must be same as your credit card statement address.
Shipping address/Delivery address will be the address where you want your shipment to be delivered.

Please Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, always provide a street address for delivery.
The United States Postal Service and UPS each charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Bestbuyfromindia.com.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Credit card payment:
We don’t store your credit card number. Please provide your proper contact information so that we can contact you as and when required.

Check or Money order payment:
Your order will be processed as soon as the check is cleared or when we receive the money order. We will ship to any shipping address if the payment is made by check or money order. If any kind of bank or post charges will be charged by post office, the customer will, without exception, bear the charges
International Orders:
USA,U.K. by Air courier : 8 to 10 days
USA,UK by Ground Service: 12 to 15 days
Rest of the world: 12 to 18 days
We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package.

GiftsCenter:

Cotton sculpture and eyewear: 5 to 7 days (all over India including Gujarat) and 12 to 15 days for rest of the world.

Sweets and flowers:
Next working day in Gujarat (if order comes before IST 11:45 a.m.).
Within two working days in Gujarat (if order comes a after IST 11:45 a.m.).
For international orders the delivery periods will 8 to 12 days.

Return Policy and Terms
After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.
Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA.
We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).
Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
We offer 15 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
25% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from info@bestbuyfromindia.com before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge. 
Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.BestBuyFromIndia.com is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 15 days of receipt.
25% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery

Grocery, Sweets & Perishable Items:
In case of receipt of perished/damaged food items, please contact us by email within 12 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. We may or may not, request you to send the package back to us for further inspection.

If any packages are returned back to Bestbuyfromindia.com.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay 25% restocking fees on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by Bestbuyfromindia.com.com to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.

Citizen kitchenware

1. Rates of Goods May Change due to Alluminium & Steel Metal Rates and can be differ without priore notice.
2. Sizes and stock is subject to availability so pls confirm with us before finalizing the Order.
3. Goods used may not be Replaced in any case, only manufacturing error in fresh piece can be Changed or Repaired as per need.

5. In case of replacement, transportation charges will be beared by customer.

Credit Issues
All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed by bestbuyfromIndia.com The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date by bestbuyfromIndia.com has processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.

Order Cancellation
bestbuyfromindia.com will hold the order to be processed if there is a lack of merchandise or otherwise. If customers wish to cancel an order, they are required to intimate bestbuyfromindia.com either by email to info@bestbuyfromindia.com.com or by speaking to a live customer support representative. Please note voicemails cannot be accepted for order cancellations. In the event of not following these instructions by the customers, and if packages are returned back to bestbuyfromindia.com due to this reason, please note that there will be a restocking fee of 25% and also the actual shipping charges incurred by bestbuyfromindia.com to ship these will also be recovered from the customer's credit card account. Hence kindly ensure to have a written record of a cancellation request or the live customer representative's name with whom the cancellation request was made.

SHIPPING GIFTS TO INDIA
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct pin code.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, bestbuyfromindia.com.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall bestbuyfromindia.com.com attempt re-shipment of the same order.
"Perishable products cannot be redelivered after initial attempt to delivery. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address specified in the order. Incase the delivery is not successful...because of wrong address/non availability of consignee/premises being locked or on a refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. To ensure the delivery of flowers, we recommend that you give the complete address (along with any landmarks) as well the telephone number of the consignee!"
